Renters between the ages of 21-24 may rent vehicles from the Economy, Intermediate, Standard, Compact, Full sized cars and Minivan categories at an additional daily surcharge. The surcharge will not appear in the total pricing of the reservation.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement, provided that they meet the local requirements, at a daily additional fee.

All renters must provide a valid driver’s license, a valid credit card in their own name as well as a valid passport or, when applicable, a national identity card.

All passengers must wear a seat belt at all times while in the vehicle and children under the age of 12 are required to be seated in specific seats or boosters depending on age, height and weight.

Returning your rented Payless vehicle at Fiumicino Airport
